Become a buddy

What does being a buddy mean?

We offer two roles: Junior buddy and Senior buddy.

Junior buddy: This role is more aligned with the mentee experience. As a junior buddy, you’ll receive guidance and support from your peers, helping you navigate your studies and prepare for future challenges.

Senior buddy: In this mentor-like role, senior buddies provide guidance, share experiences and offer valuable insights to their junior buddies. If you have experience and want to help others grow, this is the perfect fit for you.

What can you offer as a senior buddy?

Exam preparation: Share study tips, resources and strategies to help your buddy excel.

Course information: Provide insights about course content, deadlines and what to expect.

Interview advice: Offer guidance on interview techniques, CV-writing and practice sessions.

General hints and tips: What you wish you had known and how you got through your early career years.

Why choose to be a buddy?

Flexible commitment: Enjoy a relaxed way to connect without the formal structure of mentorship.

Build connections: Meet new peers, expand your network and foster lasting friendships.

Personal growth: Supporting others enriches your own experience, giving you fresh perspectives and confidence.
